Having worked for almost 15 years on cruise ships and travelled around the world, I finally decided to settle down in Costa Rica. Although my background is in hotel management, I have been actively involved in real estate in Costa Rica for over 10 years. I started rehabbing houses and developed a strong eye as to where and what to purchase. In the process of remodeling and restructuring houses I managed a small team of workers and did some of the work myself. After sometime I settled in Playa Hermosa and have worked closely with developments and investors in locating that potential piece of land or finding that good investment house that just needs a little work.
