Born in the highlands of Costa Rica, I always had an interest of discovering other countries, so I moved to Minnesota where I raised a family and made many wonderful friends. Returning to my native land, Costa Rica, I started a tour operating company called Pacific Tours. Currently I have combined the tour side of my business with real estate. This has been a perfect blend allowing me to offer traveling clients the opportunity to purchase and enjoy real estate in Cost Rica. Having worked for almost 15 years on cruise ships and travelled around the world, I finally decided to settle down in Costa Rica. Although my background is in hotel management, I have been actively involved in real estate in Costa Rica for over 10 years. I started rehabbing houses and developed a strong eye as to where and what to purchase. In the process of remodeling and restructuring houses I managed a small team of workers and did some of the work myself. After sometime I settled in Playa Hermosa and have worked closely with developments and investors in locating that potential piece of land or finding that good investment house that just needs a little work.
